Our client in the Information Technology industry is currently looking for a Candidate to join their team.

Qualifications:

• National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Degree/Diploma
• Microsoft Server Certification (2012 R2, 2016 and 2019 Administrator)
• Linux Certification (Linux Certified Professional or similar)

Requirements:

• Security+ Certification
• Microsoft SQL Certification

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably in a call center environment.
• Experience with Server Administration, VOIP/SIP, Networking/Diagnostic/Wireshark, Windows Clustering, Windows Servers (2012, 2016, and 2019), Backup and Recovery, Internet Information Services (IIS), Nagios and Monitoring, Linux (Ubuntu), Helpdesk and Support Experience, Technical Problem Solving, Vmware Vsphere/ESXi, Disaster Recovery/Risk Management, Firewall/Security Experience.
• Familiarity with Contact Center Technologies eg. IP PBX, Genesys, Asterisk, and Nginx is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
